Emotional Warriors Feelings Notepad

While no emotion is good or bad, some emotions can interfere with having our best day, this handy notepad teaches our younger kiddos to understand their emotions, how they feel in the body (key to identifying the emotion), and what to do with that emotion.  Emotional literacy is key to building resiliency, handling set backs and coping with trauma. This tool was developed based on research of positive psychology and will promote confidence, communication, and self-esteem.
